Our aikido class is run through the Sorenson Multi-Cultural Center, one of the county rec centers. To register, go here, look for "Classes 2026," and look for "Martial Arts" under that heading.

You can also register in person at the SMCC front desk.

New students are welcome at any time.

Mondays and Thursdays: 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Saturdays: 10:00 - 11:30 am

Please arrive a little bit early to help set up the mats, and please plan to help break them down at the end of class.

We practice at the Sorenson Multi-Cultural Center (Th) and next door in the Unity Fitness Center (M, Sa). The SMCC campus is at the corner of 900 W and California Ave.

Both facilities have locker rooms available for day use (bring your own lock), so feel free to come in street clothes and change into whatever you will be practicing in once you arrive.

Prospective students are welcome to observe a class or even participate in a trial class. If you are interested in either of these, please reach out to us at info@saltlakekokikai.com to coordinate.

It's always a good idea to contact us before dropping in, in case scheduling or events require us to cancel a normally-scheduled class.
